Other methods of skin cleansing

If you want to use a brush, buy the special tool for the face fibers of good quality. Use it on totally dry skin in a circular motion.

  • Stimulating masque stimulates the capillaries on the surface and improves tissue nutrition.
  • Clarifying mask absorbs excess melanin, eliminating brown spots and freckles.
  • Modelling mask removes dead skin cells, accelerating the cell renewal process.
  • You can purchase a mask at the store or make your own from natural resources.

Recipes masks

  • For oily skin or acne, mix a tablespoon of honey and a spoon of white clay.
  • For cleansing mask you will need ½ of the cucumber and one yogurt. Peel the cucumber peeled, chop it and mix with yogurt. Cucumber moisturizes the skin, cleanses it and gives it a glow.
  • Mattifying face mask consists of 2 tbsp oatmeal, 2 tbsp yogurt, 2 tsp lemon juice. Mix well oatmeal and yogurt. Then add the lemon juice. Lemon has exfoliating and lightening properties. It eliminates blemishes such as pimples and blackheads, thanks to the antibacterial and antioxidant properties.
  • Clay mask is suitable for oily and combination skin. It removes toxins that can clog the pores. You will need 2 tbsp of clay powder, 1 tsp of hazelnut oil, 2 tbsp mineral water. Mix all the ingredients until a homogeneous smooth mass without lumps. Green clay has a purifying, healing and absorbing properties. It absorbs excess sebum.
  • For dry skin mix a tablespoon of olive oil, a spoon of honey and mashed avocado or banana. If you have dry skin, use a cream or gel mask.
  • For a hydrating mask you will need ½ avocado, 1 banana and 1 tbsp of honey. Chop the banana and avocado until smooth. Add the honey, mix well and apply on face. Due to the content of proteins and vitamins A, C and E, avocado moisturizes and protects the skin from negative impact of environmental factors. Banana softens, nourishes and regenerates the skin.
  • If you have normal skin, mix a tablespoon of honey, tablespoon of yoghurt and mashed avocado or banana.
