Nialaya Jewelry Is Hiring A Retail / Office Assistant In West Hollywood

Nialaya Jewelry is a spiritual jewelry fashion brand for men and women founded in 2009. Our office, design space and retail store are located in the most exclusive part of Melrose Avenue in West Hollywood, where all our pieces are designed and crafted by hand. We are one of the fastest growing jewelry brands in the world and are currently sold in over 25 different countries. We are now looking for a highly motivated retail/office assistant to join our hard-working team!

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Pack web orders and wholesale orders
  • Price tagging and quality control- Inventory counting
  • Running errands- Assist our sales team with various projects
  • Assist in our retail store 

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Have an interest in the jewelry/fashion industry
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Great organization skills
  • Work Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11am-6pm (To begin with)
